Refund and Return Policy

Cancelation Policy:

We do not cancel orders pre-ship presently. Since our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible so we have set up our system to automatically process your order as fast as possible. Therefore, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. If an error is made, we need you to accept the package and request a return authorization to return the package (if our return policy below allows) for a refund. Please be sure that you want to make the purchase before submitting the order. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all the applicable fees including the return fee, our original & return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Return Policy:

Returns are only accepted up to 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted in new/unused condition unless the product received was damaged/defective or materially different from the order description. In all other cases the original and return shipping charges are also borne by buyer. Re stocking fee may also be applicable.

To receive proper credit on your return, please contact us for a Return Authorization. Once you receive a Return Authorization via email all items must be shipped within 3 days of receiving RMA. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted. Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent shipping charges prepaid with tracking information by the customer and insured.

Used garments will not be eligible for return.

Returns will be acceptable with original tags

Delivery and Damaged Shipments:

Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If you do not call us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to refund you. 

Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery. 

If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Call or email our customer service department immediately.

If you find any shortage quantity, save the carton and packaging material and we should be informed within one business day of receiving the item. If we did not receive any call or email within one business day, we will not be able to refund or ship the short-received quantity.
